FSP-X uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials, practice feedback, and explanations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

FSP-X is a language learning and exam preparation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified medical professionals for clinical matters.

The Service is not a substitute for formal medical education, official exam preparation materials, or licensed medical guidance.

All content, design, code, and functionality of FSP-X (excluding Your Content) is the property of FSP-X and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of FSP-X, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSP-X and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam failure, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
